“Super hôtel , super accueil et très gentil . ”

“Vi kom til Andorra om Aftenen og skulle blot bruge et værelse for natten, og valgte derfor det billigste. Det virkede dog på ingen måder som det billigste. Det var et stort 3 personers værelse med alt hvad vi skulle bruge. Super lækre senge og et stort badeværelse med karbad :) Tillige var der privat parkering for 15 € pr. døgn. Billigt i forhold til alt andet parkering. Til sidst skal personalet nævnes. De var rigtig hjælpsomme og imødekommende uden at presse os en masse ting på. Alt i alt……

“Horrible ! A fuir. Pas d'eau chaude. 3 coupures electriques en meme pas 3h de temps. 15 degres dans la chambre malgré le "radiateur" au mur... on nous a dépanné un radiateur d'appoint et la on a reussi a avoir 17... Bref la réception part 30 minutes avant lheure de fermeture. On appelle ca ne repond pas. Le technicien est aussi compétent que moi sur des skis... (autant dire nulle !) Bref surtout pas ici si vous avez en plus des enfants... ”

“The apartment was comfortable, however a little dark. Close to everything, including ski rentals and the slopes. The parking is terrible, so tiny and hard to park in; even with a small car, it took us half an hour to get it parked and then to take it out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again. ”

“Estuvimos 9 dias, como cada verano, pasamos unos dias en Pas, y normalmente en estos apartamentos. eramos dos, reservamos un apartamento para 4 y nos dieron uno para 6...genial. Poca higiene, muebles rotos, faltaban instrumentos de cocina, pero para el precio, bien. A ver si hay suerte el año que viene y nos gtoca uno con balcon...despues de 20 años aun no la hemos tenido...”

“Very poor check in experience, no indications to get the keys, which we had to collect from a different place (nothing to do with the name of the place on our booking), before going to another place again to find the appartement, by ourselves. 40min altogether walking around the city with kids ”

“The hotel is in an excellent location, with a short walk to the bottom of Pas De La Casa ski resort. The double room was spacious and clean. A good variety of hot and cold food for breakfast that also includes an omelette bar! The bar staff a very friendly and welcoming. The bar area includes some classic board games, a pool table, table football and a cinema area. With a good selection of drinks, it is a fun social space for a ski. The spa area has a spacious sauna, steam room and 2 hot tubs.……

“The property is ideally located near the chairlifts, they have their own ski/boot room with keys for lockers free from reception. Bar area is nice, restaurant was very good for breakfast. Overall 9/10 (it is pretty warm in the hotel rooms!)”
