"Check-in was to be as early as 3pm…we showed up a little after 330pm & they needed to check on if a room was clean & finish up. Some negatives, internet was not working so we couldn't connect to our wifi and ice machine is at the lobby so we had to walk in the cold to get ice....not a bad walk but just a bit out of the way.
