不满意：清洁度
Nice house, but disappointed in cleanliness
The house is really nice, very modern and lovely decor. We were surprised to learn the owner lives onsite in another house just a few feet away. He seemed like a nice guy but it didn’t feel nearly as private as other places we have stayed in the area, and we felt less comfortable hanging out outside.
Our big concern was how dirty the floors were. The first night, we immediately noticed that the kids’ feet were totally black from the dirty floors. We found a wet swiffer and my husband mopped the entire house, and the pads were just filthy. Still, everyone’s feet were getting dirty from walking barefoot. I texted the owner and asked if there was a cleaning crew that could come or even more heavy duty mopping supplies. He seemed annoyed, said the floors were just cleaned, but offered to come in and clean them while we were out of the house but never did. The bathtub was also dirty.
Another thing people booking this property should know is that guest sleeping in the two downstairs bedrooms can hear literally every footstep taken by the people upstairs.
On the plus side, the house was better stocked than other places I have stayed. They have things like toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, foil, etc. and I am used to having to buy those things when we rent homes.
