“The Lakeside Apartment was the perfect place for our family during our December ski vacation! It is pet-friendly with an efficient layout, well-equipped kitchen, nice bathroom with radiant heated flooring, comfortable beds and thoughtful accoutrements. There was plenty of parking, and the location was perfect for dog walks and runs near the lake. The property manager was quite responsive and very friendly. We would be happy to stay here again!”

“Private, well located near High Peaks. Great layout of rooms. Very spacious. Lovely white birch lined driveway. Enjoyed the wildlife from the many large windows. Owner was quick to respond to our questions. Cell service was spotty but I was ok with that. ”

Everything went flawless & Gene (the property owner) gave us amazing recommendations for rental companies for table & chairs, catering and more. Close to fantastic hiking and solid options for eating out, and a quick drive to Lake Placid if you want a bit more variety or to do some shopping. This was the cleanest rental house I’ve ever encountered, and I’ve rented a lot over the years. The house was well-stocked and had everything we needed. The owners were thorough and responsive. Would love to return in the future!”
