“我們當天早上到達旅館，但未有職員當值，很不容易聯絡上，表示 2pm 才上班，但為了我們也願意 12noon 上班幫我們 check in，退房時也樂意幫忙聯絡下一間旅館，職員能用流利英語溝通，若可以 24 小時有職員當值更佳。
地點方便，步行約 15 分鐘即可到達景點區，但附近食肆不算多。

“I stayed at this property for 2 weeks as a solo traveller. Got an uber from the airport and check in was smooth. Operator sent many recommendations through WhatsApp which were very helpful. It’s a guesthouse so it’s a room in a house with others in other rooms. Very clean and quiet in a great area which was walkable to everything. Only a few minutes walk to major attractions. “My husband and I stayed at this property in September 2025. We decided to stay out of the hustle & bustle of Split and we are glad we made that decision. This property is well kept and the staff are helpful and friendly. There is a very long promenade in front of this property and many bars & restaurants to walk to. “Good room with a very high quality finish. Spotlessly clean.
Check in and out was all very easy via a very pleasant Ana who contacted me to arrange everything. Takes about 20 mins to walk to the docks, station, old town or beach so very convenient. Supermarket and bakery just around the corner.
Overall a good stay and we were very pleased with it. Will definitely use next time we are travelling through Split.”

“Es war alles traumhaft schöne. Sauber, ordentliche, große Terrasse und eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Für Leute die ein leichten schlaf haben und etwas längere schlafen wollen. “酒店位于老城区内，应该算是BNB性质的酒店。需要提前跟房东约好到店时间，否则没人进不去。房间内有厨房，可以自己做饭。房间外一个大露台，面积跟房间一样。酒店不远的地方有鱼市场，还买了鳌虾langustine煮了吃。老城区的环境真的是没的说。非常非常喜欢。还有一条靠海的大街，可以在这里坐一天。年轻学生很多，遇到外国人会说Dobar Dang。克罗地亚语你好的意思。一个非常安逸的小城。当然这里也是龙母囚禁龙的地下室。”

“Very nice rooms but up 2 flights of stairs so would be a problem if accessibility is needed. Very close to a grocery store and lots of restaurants and the old town and marina are a short walk away. Parking is a block away in a city lot so it may take several minutes of circling to find a spot - 10 euros a day with the parking card provided. ”
