Warm stay
The hotel is new so everything is nice, however, the room orientation is bad. You might need to go across buildings, ups and downs to find your room. The hotel is still in soft opening so services like spa and kids room are not so ready. Breakfast is superb! Staffs are super nice and friendly! Me and my family are happy with the stay!

Review solely for the food—arriving at dinner time and the Indonesian restaurant looked appealing and airy. The menu wasn’t enticing. The lady server also the one at the restaurant entrance recommended randeng which is my fav but in retrospect, opted for something hot would not lead to food poisoning. Both dishes were bland. Service from the kitchen was nice but food wasn’t prepped hot. I also ordered Apple strudel at the room but it wasn’t the real dessert at all. Came for culinary experience but the result was definitely below par, minus even. I will not stay here again.
The staff seemed attentive but when I have asked them questions both at the restaurant and the lobby, they didn’t have the capacity to converse in English. Seemed brushed off my concern when mentioned about the food poisoning. He just dismissed me and followed with a comment card.
It wasn’t pleasant. I don’t think the hospitality level is up to par. I was disappointed w this Marriott hotel.

This is a good property in Bali. My suggestion is to provide softer mattresses and bath salts for the bath area. Also, the battery operated bug fans for the patio tables.
