The hosts have gone out of their way in considering their guests needs. The property was spotless, beautifully landscaped and private. The view is incredible and there is an abundance of nature, deer, rabbits, sea otters, blue herons, seals and eagles were daily sightings. This is a rental we will recommend to others and we will return for another visit.……

Spero was a great host--quickly responding to quickly responding to inquiries, even helping when visitors next door were having trouble contacting their host! The home was lovely and well appointed, and the development was immaculate. Hope to visit again someday. ”

“The property was very well equipped and had plenty of room for 7 adults and a baby.The location was superb, only 15mins from Qualicum Beach, 30mins to Parkville and the house was located on a award winning housing development with beach access and a clubhouse containing a gym and a pool table with an outdoor an swimming pool and hot tub.”

“This is a lovely home with a beautiful garden. It is within a pleasant walk to downtown Comox and the waterfront. The apartment was spotless and the bed very comfortable. There was plenty of hot water for showers. We enjoyed meeting our host who checked in during our stay to make sure everything was as we wished. We enjoyed our stay here very much.”

The hot tub was certainly most welcome after long days along with the patio and propane fire place. Tom really cares about the wellbeing of his guests and goes above and beyond to provide a good experience. hands down the best trip ever……
