“I liked the privacy option of one being able to request housekeeping. However there were a couple of times they entered and once while I was in room. It was not a bother to me and not intrusive. I wish I had had a privacy card for my door. OTHERWISE EXCELLENT STAY. Also wish there had been an ATM or a barcode my for tipping the housekeeping staff.”

“This was by far one of the better customer service Holiday Inn hotel for me. The breakfast lady was very keen on keeping the food well stocked and made sure the tables were cleaned between use. The cleaning staff were nice when I asked for anything extra. Front desk service were a mix depending on who was there but it was fine. I do like they rent out board games to give my kids sometime extra to do. Breakfast options were fairly good though the pancake machine was broken on the first morning.……
