“Didn’t like the $100 incidental rate taped at the desk on a piece of a paper. Not the easiest place to get in and out of. Room needed freshening up.”

“This was a great place to stay for the night so that we could wake up where we wanted to be for the day. The hotel was completely clean and comfortable, and we got a good night's rest. We felt safe and secue. I don't think I would stay here for a long vacation, as it really doesn't have any amenities. BUT, since we only planned to arrive late at night and leave early in the morning, it was great! If you're looking to arrive at Biltmore when then open, this is a great place to stay! Affordable……

“You won’t find a better property in chimney rock. They did a great job with the updates to the grounds and the rooms. The “backyard” is amazing. The only negative to come by is the $50 charge to check in early. $50 for a couple hours? If the room is ready, let the guests in! I know it’s policy and I get it. Lots of hotels try it, just pet peeve of mine when traveling. Again though, just an amazing spot!”

“We chose this place based purely on its location and hoped for the best. It didn’t wow us, but it didn’t disappoint. My biggest issue is that there was no one in the office for check in, our key was in an envelope with our names on it taped to the office door with a page of instructions, and we had to call the number on the instruction sheet to find out about things like the wifi only to be told that it was in “the notebook”. The notebook they referred to was buried in a basket that I had to dig……
