“It was clean and comfortable and good place to rest. They have a restaurant in the hotel that does limited a la carte and food was well cooked. The only drawback is the traffic and distance from airport. It is off the center of Gurgaon in Sector 50. Pictures of the place are true to what is shown on Expedia ”

“The property is one of best available given the budget range. The rooms are decently spaced, kempt, and they also provide you with a balcony. The location is good, as it is very close to the Millennium City Centre metro station, easily accessible and at the same time quiet and away from the hustle bustle. The bed-linen and towels provided are not very well cleaned. The major let down was the service by the staff otherwise it would have been a 5star. On the second day of stay, requested for room……

“This definitely did not feel like a 4 star hotel. It's a decent place to stay for the price. I would not say it's squeaky clean but it's average. To me it felt like a 3 star hotel. The rooms are small and the beddings were not nicely made. The bathroom floor had some dirt on the floor.”

“Decent apartments but poorly managed and few amenities. We reached the property address as per the booking but were told to go to a different location. Cutlery was limited and old. No dishwashing soap or a sponge, no kitchen towels or paper. There is no cafeteria or breakfast facility, not even tea bags or basic condiments in the room. ”

“Traveled for medical reason. Proximity is great and hotel is good but the service is terrible that had to move out the very next day. Overall Very unresponsive and not helpful staff that made the stay terrible. ”
