美国公寓式酒店

“喜欢: pet friendly，在一楼户外还设有个🐶专用的假草地空间来解决大小二便，房间空间大，类似公寓式的，很适合一家大小出游选择。还有免费瓶装酒赠送。周边的吃喝很便利。 需要改进的地方: 有点没有善用房间空间，通常这种带套房的公寓式酒店的房间，基本是设计两个卫浴间，一个是给套房使用，一个就是客厅使用，如果能改为有两个卫浴间就更好了。 洗浴用品偏偏没有沐浴露，竟然是提供香皂，这个就不卫生啦，又浪费，房间里共住的每人每次洗浴要单独浪费一块... 没有提供放置脏衣服的收纳袋... ”

“No kettle provided which I think is important. I don’t understand why no show curtain. Toilet flooded every night after shower like a mess. Room service didn’t wash my dishes! Room is clean though.”

“The reception staff is very enthusiastic, the environment is comfortable, and the location is very convenient. The only inconvenience is that valet parking is available.”

“房間很寬敞，設備齊全，出乎意料有兩間浴室，我們住宿了十晚，整體而言經驗很不錯，是個很適合度假的地方，也可以透過簡訊隨時跟飯店溝通需求跟反應問題。飯店內有很多有休閒設施可以使用，像是有簡單滑水道的游泳池、踏板船、腳踏車、健身房等等，很不錯。 缺點有兩項：我們是因為有提供環球影城和迪士尼接駁而住這邊，接駁車雖說是免費但其實包含在每天25美金（稅前）的設施使用費內。另外，接駁車是跟第三方合作，途中會接很多飯店的遊客，這間飯店距離較遠，所以需要比較早起床，比較晚回來，而且我們旅途期間還發生一次不愉快經歷：接駁車遲到一小時，回到飯店已經凌晨。建議大家如果為了接駁車選擇這家可以再考慮。 另外，房間是每隔幾天打掃一次，但是打掃人員有點粗心。我們房間內跟門口出現了一整包的毛巾，房間內的地板也沒有打掃乾淨。”

“The Historic Powhatan Hilton Vacation Club was an excellent part of our family vacation. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The property was beautiful and well maintained. They had a nice variety of family-friendly games and activities. The only issue we had was that because we were there in the spring before the outdoor pools had opened, the only indoor swimming pool was always busy and was frequently filled to capacity. It would be nice if they had 2 indoor pools for so many units.……
