“Comfortable weekend in Ibadan. Although the hotel was quite busy the staff were attentive and took time to resolve check in related queries. The deluxe rooms were spacious and clean, though the bed was a tad firm. The offer at breakfast was extensive. Points for improvement- quality of offerings from the a la carte menu was inconsistent and food preparation was slow. ”

“It is located in good area and very clean. Good staff. The hot water for showers is not hot at all. Breakfast is good. The table lamps are not working. No hand towel. No soap for washing hands. The kitchen food is very tasty. The driking water is expensive. You have to pay to iron your clothes. Ironic board without iron.”

“I didn’t like anything about my stay, I enjoyed leaving. The building appeared rundown, requiring significant repairs and updates. Stains adorned the walls, and there were holes in the tubs, towels were old and worn out. There were peculiar odors throughout the hotel. Music played in the halls throughout the night, and cockroaches were present in the rooms. The most disappointing aspect was the additional charge for breakfast despite booking a room for two people. A rip off, the staff were……

“Disappointed. Townhouse used to be one of the best places to stay in Ibadan, but my stay was below average. The standard has declined significantly. Service was not great. Food was average. The bathroom flooded. Only one tiny bar of soap in the bathroom. The towels had large brown stains on them.”

“I had a terrible time, the receptionist, precious did not know about my booking, I was given a room of #8,000. It was really terrible. I’m fast they did not want to give me any room. Not Expedia’s fault. It’s the hotel management and their system. ”
