“Great place to stay for business”

“Excellent staff”

“Very nice hotel in a nice location. Stayed for 5 days. Enjoyed our stay. Room was nice , very comfy bed. The bed helped us sleep better after tiring days. Very clean bathroom. House keeping did an amazing job keeping room very clean and welcoming. Views from our room were very beautiful. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Restaurant is superb. Breakfasts were simply delicious. The chefs Rana jee and nail were very professional, greeting us personally and making local specialties……

“It’s a great place to stay. Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. We had booked two rooms and they even upgraded one of our room to higher category. Well maintained hotel. I highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners. I would choose comfort inn hotel next time as I have experience warm welcomes of the staff, excellent service and pleasantness of hotel crew.”

“Front staffs ask unnecessary questions and have preconceived notion that is quite backward. Instead of making things easier for guests to check in they just try to find some reason to embarrass guests.”

“Room is good, but bathroom need much needed maintenance. Shower curtain was missing. Health fauchet holder was about to break. Hot water was not coming or it was not hot at all. Rooms are not thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed on sofa. We booked dinner and breakfast. Both was provided and food was good but nothing was buffet. We have to decide in few things and limited things are served. I was expecting atleast buffet breakfast. Cleanliness of room and better maintenance of bathroom, windows, tv,……
