“We have had the pleasure if staying in two different properties owned by Andrea in Pella Iowa. Both times we have been impressed by the hosts responsiveness and kindness even before our arrival. This charming Modern and cozy retreat is exactly that! The kitchen has everything you need. The coffee bar is a wonderful source of enjoyment. “Location is everything--so easily walkable to downtown (2 blocks)! We came a week before the Tulip Festival and had wonderful weather, saw beautiful tulips and had lovely pastries. Host left us pastries and drinks which was a nice touch. The house had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Clean, well stocked, it was just as the photos represented. The ramp outside was a winner as we traveled with a senior that sometimes uses a wheelchair. Host was very responsive both before we arrived and……

Now don’t get me wrong, we were never bothered or actual saw our host but she did communicate with us. “The accommodations were wonderful!! Oversized living room with book and board games and the patio and pool area was a hit for everyone plus the game room was a great area and lower family room. There was something to do for everyone!!! Definitely recommend it!!”

“We had such a great experience with this apartment. It's about a 20-minute walk into downtown Pella, or a quick drive. The apartment itself is well-equipped and much larger than we expected. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Plus, if you go during tulip season, there is a lovely tulip garden just across the street! The hosts are communicative and very kind. We highly recommend it for anyone traveling to Pella!”
