“The serviced apartment is very spacious and very comfortable with good view and balcony. The kitchen is well equipped and is very suitable for cooking.
The coffee capsules are very good. It would be better if it can provide more instead of only 4 capsules since we both stayed for 3 nights.
The apartment is perfect with convenient location. For sure we will stay there if we visit Zurich again.

“Zurich is hot during my stay, the room has no air-condition but only one small fan provided.
We can't sleep well during the night. When I requested one more fan, the apartment said CHP 50 is needed. Too expensive....!”

“We stayed in the apartment for 3 days during the middle of August. We were a party of 4 adults and the layout worked really well. The bedrooms and the entire apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The host was also very responsive, helpful and accommodating. Part of our party arrived early in the morning from the US and the early check in was no problem. The weather was quite warm and there was no A/C. We discovered this was the norm in all of Switzerland but the powerful fans the host……

“Fantastic location. Great cafe downstairs, great restaurants. No need for a car, very close to public transportation which was easy to figure out. Very clean, great little kitchen with fridge and microwave. Close to stadium for concerts. Not as touristy as old town but close enough to get to the old town easily by train. Would have liked a standing fan, it was very warm while we were there, likely unusually hot. Overall excellent and I would definitely stay again!”

"The hotel is about ~15min away from the town if you take the tram. The tram station was very close to the hotel, ~1min walk. There were 2 coop supermarkets nearby. Very quiet area. The price was much cheaper than hotels in the town.
The room was spacious but not cleaned thoroughly. I found a contact lens on the headboard.
Minibar was included, with 2 bottles of water, 1 bottle of beer and 1 bottle of coke. The electric socket placement is not well thought of. If you plugin an EU to UK plug adapter, the adapter will be holding down the light switch, which is located right above the plug socket.
The toilet was basically a wet room. I really didn’t enjoy that. I stayed at 3 different hotels in Switzerland during this trip, and this was the only hotel with a wet room. Also, the temperature of the water from the shower head was very unstable. Sometimes it got extremely hot, sometimes it got freezing cold. Having a shower there was torturous.
The room is acceptable but the toilet is a big no no for me. Maybe the unstable water temperature is not much of a problem in the summer. But we went there in late spring, which was still very cold.
