“Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht zu Gast, hatten aber eine wunderbare Auszeit vom Alltag. Der Service ist erstklassig und zuvorkommend. Die Innenarchitektur ist sehr modern und setzt auf Naturelemente wie Holz und Stein. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und perfekt eingerichtet, wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Das Abendessen und auch das Frühstück waren genau nach unserem Geschmack. Keine überdimensionierte Auswahl, aber was angeboten wird kommt aus der Region und hat eine hochstehende……

“Sauberkeit: Alles in Allem sehr sauber. An ein paar Stellen könnte besser geputzt werden aber bei der Menge an Zimmern eine gute Leistung. Von Silberfischen aus vorherigen Bewertungen und starke Verschmutzung war keine Spur (hatten ein DZ Superior im 2. Stock) Personal & Service: Es gab einige sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter vor allem im Restaurant. Einige andere waren nicht ganz so sympathisch aber immer höflich und niemals unfreundlich. “Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!”
