“This was a disappointing stay. The accommodation and services I reviewed, booked and paid for were not what I got. First, I was unable to reach the owner prior to check in. When we arrived on time for check in, I was told the room was not ready and the owner was not thrilled that we brought our dogs, despite the listing describing this place as pet friendly. “We traveled to Columbus for my son’s infantry graduation. The house is centrally located to base, uptown and downtown in a quiet neighborhood. Between hotels and vacation rentals this is by far the cleanest accommodation I have ever rented. If you have any questions or concerns the owner gets right back with you. Never a wait. He offers recommendations on dinning that are spot on. We tried two if his favorites and they are now ours as well. We would not hesitate to rent this house again. ”
