“The property was below expectations. The complex was on the rougher side, and there were damaged items in the house including the couch. The bed mattress was still wrapped in plastic and not comfortable to sleep on. The internet speed and tv variety was nice, as well as the patio area. The host was very communicative and brought towels because there weren’t any, but the towels were small, thin, rough and stained. The price was very reasonable, but I would not stay here again. “We had a good stay overall — the house is spacious, well-located, and has a lot of potential. The common areas were comfortable and clean, and we appreciated the amenities. That said, there are a few things that could use attention. Most notably, the beds were uncomfortable, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. A few maintenance issues also need to be addressed to improve the experience. With some updates, this could be an excellent rental.”
