“We had a lovely view from a high floor. The room was excellent but the bathtub could do with some re-enamelling and a more comfortable sofa would make it perfect. The room facilities were very good with a large fridge and good freezer plus an electric hob and dishwasher. There was also a nearby utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Although not part of the hotel there was an Italian restaurant next door. We enjoyed our stay and would use this hotel again.”

“The receptionist who I met upon arrival was very helpful and is an asset to the business. The apartment is in a wonderful location and close to dining, shopping and entertainment. The apartment itself was spacious and very well resourced (oven, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, bath/shower, washing machine and dryer). Comfortable couch and a dining table/chairs to use. Lovely balcony. I advised the property on maintenance and cleaning issues which do need attending to. I would be happy to stay at……

“Check in service was very poor. There is no staff on counter. I called the apartment few days ago to tell them my exact check in time. I had to wait for 45 minutes outside the building before tenants of other rooms offered help to call owner of the apartment. They could have told me to self pick up keys by letting me know the password with an email before hand. Very poor!”

“Location was convenient. The toilet seats were not so clean. The front desk lady with short hair and glasses was not very helpful. For the two mornings that I went to the office for assistance, she was on phone. One time I was there waiting for 3 mins and she simply carried on her conversation with the person on phone about her other friend. I thought she could have been more responsive and helpful. ”

“Near the beach, lots of restaurants nearby. Had a great time there!”
