“This was our second time staying at Kokopelli West since 2018. Nicely upgraded renovations with kitchen allowing us to cook meals instead of going out. Cass was great, very communicative and even let us know the property was ready for early check in. Highly recommend especially for families.”

“This was a super nice, brand new property. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One bedroom also has a loft with two additional beds for a small or flexible person. Really an ideal arrangement for Grandma, Grandpa, Mom, Dad, and a couple kids. I think we were the first people to ever stay in the unit. “My family and I loved this place, and the experience of sleeping in an RV was incredible. It's very spacious, clean, and has everything you need to spend a few amazing days with the family. It has a grill, gas, electricity, and a full kitchen, hot water in the shower. We'll be back in June.”

“Very nice & clean! Rooms were comfy. We had plenty of room for our family. We will stay here again when we visit Moab.”

“Love the look and location. There were a few small issues that could make this a five star review. Main heat and air controlled in the downstairs unit. Not enough light in bathrooms, hot tub was sketchy. But it was overall a nice place to stay. ”

“This is a great spot to be able to walk downtown. The house is really big and comfortable.”

“We ended our road trip visiting the Mighty Five, and it was the perfect place to cap off the adventure! The location is fabulous, the place is so so so nice, the neighborhood quiet & well kept up. I wish we could have stayed there longer! Especially nice was the proximity to Arches National Park.”

“My husband and I stayed for 4 nights to explore the national parks and we had an excellent stay. Our cabin was clean and organized. We liked that all the light switches were labeled and the keurig was supplied with pods. We felt comfortable. True to advertisement, we would absolutely book again in the future. ”

“House was in a fantastic location, can't beat it. Easy access to everything that you need. Worked great for 6 of us traveling together, plenty of room. Would've liked more linen options. Four of us were sharing the main bathroom and there were only two wash cloths and barely enough towels. Only 4 pool/hot tub towels too, so if you have a big group keep that on mind. “Overall a nice place and a good location. Free parking is nice. The room it's was good. The bed was not very comfortable, though. The dual-head show was powerful... Can really knock the dirt off after a day in the desert. We wished there would be breakfast included. For the price compared to others, it was a fair deal.”
