“Villa Serra was a pleasant surprise in the heart of Akko's old city. The historic building was part and parcel with the location, and could have passed for any number of apartments or dwellings from the outside. The unit itself was absolutely beautiful. Well-appointed with high end amenities like a top-notch coffee maker, and clawfoot tub. It's really a 5 star property in what would seem like the unlikeliest place. “We spoke to the property owner one week prior, and asked about early check in, since 4pm was too close to the onset of Shabbos. He said we could check in at 11am. We arrived at 12pm. When we got there, we were told 'he's sorry, but the apartment is no longer available'. Keep in mind that we landed from the US that morning, and we are a family with 5 children.
