“We had a great trip! The check-in was smooth and the villa had everything we needed for the beach! The kitchen also had everything we needed to make our own meals and it was great to be able to do laundry while there. Edgewater is an awesome spot with great pools and a beautiful beach.”

The only issue we had was the first day with the shower... the hot and cold settings are reversed in comparison to the knobs, but whenever we reached out to the hosts they were very quick to answer and so helpful! “This house is beautiful! It’s very clean, and just as described in the listing. It’s a quick walk to the beach, and also in walking distance to several restaurants. Outside has the perfect set up with the pool, hot tub & bar area. We spent lots of time out there. This is the best stocked home we’ve ever stayed at. “We had 3 generations saying at the beach house, with the 3 levels the little ones could take a nap undisturbed, while the adults were on another level. We loved how close were were to the not crowded beach. We also liked that there were great places to eat within close proximity. Dawn was great at answering questions and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a great time!”

“When we arrived the cleaning lady was there. The code to the door did not work. She was very instrumental in getting a new code. It’s a duplex so neighbors can be an issue. First set were awesome, second set (no fault of their own) we could hear doors shutting very late. Needs more seating in the tv room. Only one couch. No broom for sweeping up the sand, had to buy one. Left it there for the next visitors. Bathroom toilet developed a leak from around the base. Leaked into the closet in the……
