“We stayed at this location in early May 2025. This cabin was well stocked with necessary items. The host was very responsive, friendly, and committed to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. I would recommend stocking up on groceries when coming to the cabin because there is not much around the cabin as restaurants or grocery stores go. My family and I loved this location , the cabin and the grounds. I would recommend this location 10/10 for a family going to mammoth cave.”

“Traveled to area to go to Mammoth Cave and spend time with family! We have 14 yo, 10yo and 4 yo whom absolutely loved their stay! Making s’mores was a blast!! Plenty of games and entertainment too! The loft aka tree house as kids called it was a hit!! Cabin was very well stocked with everything you would need! Only thing could have used a Tv on second floor for bedtimes! ”

“The owner was very kind, thoughtful and quick to respond to our messages and questions. The house was clean and just like the pictures. He offered us complimentary meat and eggs. Our grandchildren enjoyed seeing the longhorn cattle, riding a horse and feeding the rabbits on the property. When our older grandson didn’t want a horse ride, the owner let him drive a tractor! The small fish pond by the deck was fun. It had a frog in it, too. The flowers and landscaping were lovely. My bird app showed……

“It’s nice and tucked back in some beautiful trees. The place was clean and pretty much exactly what we were looking for. The only drawback is as a very firm master suite mattress, but some folks love that! The communication with the hosts was fantastic and they did a pretty good job of leaving instructions for things. I’d stay here again. ”

“Great "log cabin" with all of the modern amenities for a stay near Mammoth Cave. The big porch offers a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the beautiful scenery. And the hosts are incredibly responsive to any questions. The waterfall/cave on the property are spectacular. Be prepared though, the rest of the hike has some serious elevation changes.”
