“Our stay at Holiday Inn & Suites on Merle Hay Rd. in Des Moines, IA was wonderful. Employees are very accomodating. They had a restaurant connected to the hotel, which we did not go to but was nice to know we could have. Pool is open til midnight and they are very child friendly. Will definitely be coming back next time we travel to Des Moines.”

“Floors were very filthy. However, on the last week of our stay we had a fire. Now it has been a week and still have not received our refund because they could not give us a room with 2 queen beds.”

“Pool and hot tub were great hot tub nice and warm. There were a lot of kids there for a baseball tournament and some were a little wild in the pool area. Breakfast was good the usual choices.”
