“We stayed for a week and had such a wonderful time. The home is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and the photos are a perfect description. While we were there we saw fireflies, an owl, bunnies, a doe and fawn, chipmunks, squirrels, cardnials, and many others birds. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. We absolutely would stay here again.”

“We had a fun time staying at this house. We visited downtown Des Moines and had a great time at Adventureland. The only suggestion would be to have some dish towels in the kitchen. The arcade games, ping pong table and skee-ball were popular with the kids. ”

I think she is quite possibly the best VRBO host I’ve worked with. The property is inviting and just joyful. The neighborhood is lovely and safe! Next door neighbors even offered us candy and goodies! How fun is that?! Close to everything we wanted to see! Definitely would recommend. And Des Moines is a fantastic city!”

“This was a solid location, solid home. You can tell it was purchased with a quick-and-dirty turnaround as far as prepping it for VRBO-type stays.The host was responsive; the house was mostly clean; the appliances worked.This gets only four stars primarily because of a lack of light bulbs. Yes, seriously. Instead of light bulbs in the lamps in one of the bedrooms, there were click-on battery lights stuck onto where the light bulbs should go. The ceiling fan only had a bulb in only one out of……
