“Die Villa nebst Grundstück und Pool befinden sich in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut. Der Pool wird durch den vor Ort tätigen "Hausmeister" regelmäßig gereinigt und gewartet; auch sonst hat der lokale , freundliche Ansprechpartner jederzeit ein offenes Ohr und hilft gern.Das Anwesen war insgesamt sauber.Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig sind die in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft wohnenden Hunde, die jedenfalls auf unseren Zweibeiner äußerst ablehnend und mit entsprechendem……

“We were a family of 4 and we were very comfortable in this Residenza. Our room overlooked a lovely and clean swimming pool. As a self catering room, it was super helpful having a large supermarket just below the building. Parking was a little bit more challenging as we chose not to pay for private parking, but to find parking on the main road, but we managed. Very close to the beach and a half an hour walk to the historic centre. Would definitely recommend.”

“Die Wohnung ist wirklich gemütlich und toll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung mit allem was man benötigt ist gut. Die Klimaanlage hält die Wohnung bei Bedarf angenehm kühl. Alle Räume können verdunkelt werden. Eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine sind vorhanden und ein echter Pluspunkt. Die Lage ist wirklich mitten im Zentrum der Altstadt von Alhegro in einer der vielen Gassen und somit perfekt um z.B. Abends das italienische Leben und treiben der Menschen miterleben zu dürfen.
