“Por motivos de cancelación de vuelo, tuvimos que llegar un día después por la mañana, a las 9:30 h, al incluir desayuno y ya haber pagado esa noche, nos correspondía el desayuno que refieren incluye, sin embargo, nos dijeron que hasta la siguiente mañana podríamos acceder al mismo, no estaba prendido el boiler por lo que tuvimos que ir a buscar a algún empleado, el cual fue muy amable, sin embargo, por la tarde no había nadie en la propiedad. ”

“They didn't provide transportation to the train like the other hotel we stayed at. We tried to arrange a taxi on our own but the taxi didn't show up. We ended up walking to the train at 7am in 33 degree F weather. Speaking of cold. When we arrived at the hotel at 2pm we discovered there was no heater in the room.
