Make no mistake, this is a 1-star budget hotel. It may cost more than some other budget hotels in Ushuaia because it is in a very convenient location. The place is well worn and could use renovation. But then it would cost more. Staff were extremely helpful, storing my bag for a few hours even though the storage room was full. People make all the difference, especially in budget accommodations. I would stay here again.

The first room we were put in started having foul odor from the toilet where when we came back the entire room smelled of sewage. We were given a new room, but for price these rooms were a little better than a hostel. No true amenities. The first room did not have any way to control heat/cold. The second room kept turning on or not at all. There was on a few occasions noise coming from other guests that was very audible. The staff were very nice; the breakfast area was pleasant with the food good.

Most of the staff was super but there is no way to turn off the heat in the room it was on constantly unless we went and asked for it to be turned off. So at 3 am when we couldn't stand it anymore we had to go to front desk and ask for it to be turned off so we didn't get much rest here.

Services på hotellet var rigtig fin, de var flinke og hjælpsomme i receptionen, og hotellet er meget centralt beliggende Men, hotellet er meget slidt. Det er første gang vi er blevet snydt at Hotels.com's stjerner. Dette hotel er IKKE 3,5 stjerner. Tror umiddelbart at der nok skal blive gjort rent på gulvet. Hospedagem bem localizada; bom conforto.
A hospedagem se localiza próximo a região central. Como a cidade é pequena, é possível circular todo o centro, porto e arredores a pé. Dormi em uma cama de casal regularmente confortável, atendendo o objetivo que era descansar. O café da manhã também é regular, não é ruim, mas deveria ter mais opções, principalmente de proteínas. Em um dos dias necessitei sair mais cedo devido a um dos tours e a mesa ainda não estava aposta. Geralmente, em outras hospedagens que passei a recepção dá a opção de um box para se levar ao passeio, todavia nesta hospedagem não tenho certeza se há essa opção. De qualquer forma me alimentei com o que já estava pronto e foi tudo bem.
