“We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again! It was convenient to the tram into the old part of the city. Having restaurants and grocery stores just downstairs was extra nice. We appreciated the ability to log into Netflix. The only suggestion we have is to add a full length mirror somewhere. ”

“The property and welcoming was great. As for the Room it was clean and looked exactly like the pictures offering a stove, microwave and mini fridge
The only downfall was the bedding, very hard and pillows I would of loved a better bed that didn’t feel like stone it had to be the hardest bed I’ve slept in for all the hotels stays I’ve experienced.
Breakfast was great and loved how the staff was so helpful

“Nous avons séjourné deux nuits en couple à la Résidence des Grandes Alpes. Globalement, l’expérience a été positive, mais quelques éléments nous laissent penser que la résidence ne mérite pas pleinement ses 4 étoiles.
Les points positifs :
• La localisation est idéale, au cœur de la station, avec un supermarché juste en bas, des restaurants et bars à proximité.
• La vue sur les montagnes est splendide.
• L’accueil à la réception a été excellent, notamment grâce à une demoiselle toujours……
“The staff were helpful and the facilities were good at the property, ski in ski out, raclette to hire also thank you so much to the ladies and Charles at the other Azureva (Les confin) for sorting out our ski hire and making renting very smooth for us, great attention to detail.
There were however a few niggles about the location which is voted great on Expedia but…it’s not if you don’t have a car or you’re a non skier.

“We arrived at 730am and requested if we can check in earlier. We were told a code will be sent to my email by 4pm but it never came. So we went back to the front desk and informed them. A very rude receptionist told my husband, it’s sent by their system and just wait. We have waited for almost 8hrs already and this is totally unacceptable. To our disgust, we left and I reported to Expedia right away. Now the hotel is claiming code was sent. Again we never received it! We are demanding a refund.”

Room heaters do not work always
Unclean, dirty, used blankets with lot of dust
No shampoo, conditioner or body wash - have to ask the receptionist every time, not even an extra toilet roll
Given the high price already, there was extra charges for the swimming pool
Had many indoor games but all are paid, facility does not offer any free entertainment
Indoor parking available
Spa and pool was good
Dinner at the hotel restaurant was amazing

"Super convenient location right across the main train station, the room is small but has all amenities needed, unlimited supply of still water and sparking water, free mini bar albeit limited items. Really good value for money. "
"Everything was decent except for the fact that the noise isolation was very terrible. It's right next to the primary road so you can clearly hear the hyper at Friday night last until almost sun rise, then, it came after the city services like city-cleaning and the trams which can literally keep you up till the next day.
One last thing is we can clearly hear the noises from the preparation of the house-keeping at around 6-7 am."
