Una menzione particolare alla cortesia del personale che supera i limiti della struttura, ad esempio la mancanza del garage, con straordinaria attenzione al cliente. Menzione particolare al concierge "multitasking", una vera risorsa preziosa. Ne farò la mia base ad Ascoli, consigliatissimo”

“Nous avons passé une petite quinzaine de jours dans cette magnifique propriété, une ancienne bergerie rénovée. Les extérieurs sont magnifiques. Le jardin est planté de nombreux arbres fruitiers, la piscine est extrêmement agréable et protégée par les arbres. Des terrasses extérieures permettent de prendre l’apéritif ou les repas à l’ombre des tilleuls où d’une pergola recouverte de vigne. C’est un endroit isolé avec vue sur les monts sibyllins, et pourtant beaucoup de choses à faire village à……

“La propriété est magnifique dans un endroit extremement calme, en pleine nature , propice au repos. C'est un endroit ideal aussi pour la visite de la région. Entre la montagne avec ses magnifiques villages et belles randonnées ou la mer. La maison est grande et spacieuse. La propriété est immense et chacun peut y trouver un endroit pour s'y reposer. Je conseille vivement cette location. ”

“Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette très jolie demeure isolée ,assez atypique , parfaite pour une famille nombreuse ,où entre amis . Les deux espaces de vie sont appréciés, notamment par les enfants , adolescent et jeunes adultes qui ont ainsi pu trouver leur indépendance. La piscine est très agréable les jours de forte chaleur . Il y a différents espaces de vie où chacun peut trouver un endroit calme et reposant . L’hôte répond dans un délai très rapide a toutes……

“we all loved the property. It was just what we wanted an authentic Italian farmhouse to relax and refresh in. The pool was well maintained by a local who checked in everyday to see that things were Ok. We had everything we needed and would recommend this property if you want to enjoy a slice of real Italy away from crowds and the usual Tourist spots.Fantastic views and a stunning location.”

“Very quiet, amazing property. Our room had two bedrooms, three toilets, full kitchen with dishwasher and coffee maker. Dining room. With terrace seating for eight. All built on the site of a 12th century monistary. Restaurant was excellent for both dinner and breakfast. Views from every window. Would make for amazing family holiday. You need a vehicle!”

“No hesitation whatsoever to give this house a 5* review. We’re just back from a two week stay with various family (adult and late teen) and the house was pretty much perfect. All 5 bedrooms were en-suite and great, the kitchen and the house in general were well provisioned and comfortable but the main selling point is the outside area- the big table is completely shaded all day but there are plenty of other seating areas in the sun if you prefer, the views are insanely lovely, the pool is a……
