“The place is as advertised. House is very secured with multiple iron gates. El Salvador is safer now, but seems to be a little sketchy area. Very disappointed on the host because we were accused of stealing a pillow case out the property…. a pilllow case! Repeatedly communicated that we did not see that, and we did not have it. We were charged for pillow case…. Be aware.”

“Really nice and quiet place. I was worry that didn’t had hot water. But didn’t needed it because the water comes out warm. I would definitely will stay here again. Thank you Mr Avila for the quick response to my questions. ”

“The townhome is in a safe, quiet and secured gated community. It was spacious and very clean with modern appliances like washer, dryer and dish washer. We especially appreciated the hot water for shower. That was a rare find in El Salvador. Kitchen had all the essential for cooking. One of the bedrooms did not have a TV, but it was no big deal since we didn’t use that bedroom. Playground was right across from the townhome. Community pool was nice and clean within walking distance. 2……
