“We got to the hotel expecting to check in, and again, the reservation was lost or they didn't have us registered. We explained that we had a reservation, I showed her my confirmation on my phone and she still didn't know what to do with us. Finally a man came in and after about 20 minutes, asked if there was room for us. She said yes.
