The rooms were well furnished and the beds were very comfortable. Clean but a notch below perfectly clean. The lighting in the rooms needs improvement, should switch to warm/yellow light and have far more light. Dim white lights are terrible. Room wasn’t cleaned on Sunday. Breakfast is only included on weekdays which wasn’t clear at the time of reservation. The food options are awful in all the restaurants and the descriptions are deceptive. No ambience, bad decor, terrible taste. We only ate there the first night and then found other places.

Vernon casino is the perfect venue for a short weekend trip. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Place was really quiet and clean. Casino was cool- a lot if drinks and live music. The parking very convenient and the area around the property is beautiful.

Was very disappointed in our stay at Vernon Downs Hotel! Stayed on second floor! All the bedding was horribly wrinkled, walls were dirty, drape was hanging so you couldn’t fully close it! The worst part was the horrible loud air conditioning fan!!! Seemed very outdated and the bathroom sink smelled like sewer!!

We were seated for dinner at the Miracle Mile restaurant and sat for about :15 with no wait staff taking our drink order or even saying hi, so we went to the one in the hotel and it was great.

We had Girls Night and enjoyed the Hot Tub, the band at the Bar and we played the Slots. Great Time. Lots of Memories.
