“The house was perfect for us. It was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. We were also very impressed with the incredibly simple checkout instructions, which was a welcomed change from many other vacation properties. “This property was exceptional! It had everything we needed to cook, wash our clothes and just enjoy. We were there in mid-September so it was a little bit cool in the mornings but the pool seemed to hold the warmth of the day. Be aware that there are lots of up and down transitions in this house (step up from entryway, step down to bedrooms, slight step up to bathroom. “We used this lovely home as the location for our bridal party to get dressed and ready for the day. The outside views are stunning. Kentucky farm land at its best. Literally rolling green hills. Our plan was to take all of the wedding photos outside there but unfortunately we got rained out and had to switch locations suddenly. “Stayed here for a long weekend with my father as we were in town for a family reunion. Listing was exactly as pictured. We did have some issues entering the home as the extreme heat made the door stick and not unlock as easily. However, Julie was great and answered right away to help us get inside. Immediately walked in to a clean and cool house after being outside all day in the humidity. Very quiet and was a perfect home away from home! Would definitely rent out this bungalow again. Thanks……

“We had a great stay at Randy’s house. It was just as listed, clean and in a good location. Randy met us at the house and gave us a small tour and run down of how things worked- wonderful host. “This apartment is absolutely adorable, exactly as listed. We only stayed for one night as we had an event to attend and it was perfect!
