“An almost brand new apartment a little walk out of the tourist centre. Could be made even better by attaching felt to the bottom of furniture legs as the noise from chairs and beds being moved on the hybrid floor upstairs was really terrible. I also think coffee and instructions should be supplied with the unusual coffee machine, which I was unable to use, - or replace with nespresso style, which is more standard these days. Nice treatment of me and my stranded friend during the Iberian……

“Simon Verde bot ein geräumiges, gut ausgestattetes und suaberes Appartement in bester Lage. Freundliches und überaus hilfsbereites Personal. Erheblich preisgünstiger als vergleichbare Hotels in der Innenstadt von Sevilla. Besonders vorteilhaft für einen Besuch Sevillas ist der kurze Weg von ca 2Km zum kostenlosen Parkhaus der Metro. Es sind nur wenige Stationen bis zur Haltestelle Puerta Jerez am Rande der Altstadt. Besonderheit der Metro ist die Tatsache, dass man mit keine Fahrkarte zu kaufen……

“It’s location is in the Santa Cruz old town. It’s walkable distance to all attractions including the palace, bull fighting stadium, Spanish plaza etc. The hotel arranged transportation for our midnight departure. “This property was literally next to Seville Cathedral and Alcazar walkable distance to many tourist attractions. As we communicated that we are arriving late, they prepared the sofa bed ready to sleep.They stocked the fridge with water and some beer, which was very thoughtful. Overall we had a pleasant stay, highly recommended this place for someone that would like to stay closer to tourist attractions.”

“I stayed here for 4 night. When I first enter the apartment hairdryer and duvet were not provided and I need to ask for it. This needs improvement. For the second night when I came back the heater was not working from both the kitchen and shower, but I have 2 Children who needed to shower, so that they used cold water to shower. I messaged the apartment right away and they have someone to take a look the next morning. The heater could not be fixed but they let us access the apartment next door……

"The room is clean but outdated. The slamming of doors a bit annoying. But the staff of level team work efficiently and whole -heartedly for arranging private transfer for my visit though my plan changes later. The hotel just within 5 min walk to Plaza de Espana is perfect."

Hotel with potential to be truly 5*

"Hotel is blessed with amazing infrastructure (the lift is a highlight!) and it's gorgeous; however, it is dated. Service at the front desk, concierge, and bell desk is superb - definitely 5*, but staff in restaurants, pool, bar were on the opposite. Often forgot orders, took a long time to arrive, or got the order/bill wrong. Real shame about that because the hotel itself has so much potential to offer, and in a perfect location. The garden can also do with some priming too..."
