En los baños no había agua caliente y la piscina la cascada no funciona. Esos detalles no están en la publicación cuando vas a alquilar y deben estar ”

“Large property right across the street from the beach. Lots of activities on the property including a large pool. Bathrooms and rooms are a little outdated but in good shape. No A/C but the breeze from the ocean keeps things cool during the evening. The house is from the 50s so its older, but considering all its been through, its in good shape. Lost power on our last night there but this is a common occurrence anywhere you go in PR.”

“I cannot say enough about the amazing stay we had the house was more than I expected. It was breathtaking. We had a small wedding ceremony on the grounds we could not do the beach as the sand was too hot but it didn’t stop us from having the time of our lives. Our adult kids and their spouses and our grandchildren spent an amazing time. They said it was the best time they had. Javier was great always answering inquiries quickly. “We stayed here April 2025. 8 kids ranging from 3-16 & 6 adults. There was plenty of space for everyone! Beds are so comfortable, plenty of towels for pool & showers. All essentials you need in the kitchen, jacuzzi felt amazing, there’s a basketball court on the side attached to the house that we didn’t even know about but was great to have. Bakery up the street is AMAZING! Only about 8 min drive to Walmart. Host was amazing and answered txts within minutes! Highly recommend! We will be booking……

“La casa esta bien, pero hay cositas que arreglar por seguridad como las puertas que no cogen los seguros bien, habia polvo en ventanas y no se veia que habia sido limpiada antes de recibirnos, la ventana de la cocina necesita poder cerrarse para que no se escape la llama de la estufa y entra mucho sol por esa ventana (alguna cortina). Deben sugerir las mejores rutas a tomar para llegar a la casa dependiendo de donde venga el huesped, el GPS te tira por las peores carreteras. ”

They also communicated through whatsapp which also felt scammy. We finally got on the same page via email and text and they ran my credit card for payment.
