“Je ne savais pas que l'accueil était fermé entre 11 h et 17 h car instructions envoyés par mail et je ne les lis pas tous les jours. Heureusement, une employée m'a aidée à avoir le code d'accès à ma chambre. Bravo au personnel. Si soucis, il y a le Nîmotel, juste à côté pour aider la personne à gérer la borne, au niveau du portail. Il faudrait recevoir le code d'accès par SMS, beaucoup plus simple pour des personnes de mon âge (retraitée).”
