We enjoyed the evening sunsets in the large hot tub on the back deck. The bed was very comfortable, linens were quality and towels were plush. We will be back! A happy couple on a birthday getaway”

“Great location. Clean.. Great communication with property manager. The problem is that the second bedroom is really the attic, and even with window AC was 10 degrees hotter than first floor. Also colder at n ight so in warmer months this could potentially be a problem.”

The decks and spa are perfect for relaxing after a fun-filled day. Centrally located for adventures in the redwoods, Pacific Ocean, wineries, quaint little towns, as well as the river. “What a lovely little property! The location was great and a very short drive into town and close to many wineries. We spent every morning sitting out on the cute patio drinking coffee and listening to the birds under the beautiful trees. And it was the best stocked house we have ever stayed in! Great selection of spices for cooking and all the other essentials. Fantastic!”

“Great property. Beautiful location and views and beach. Hot tub is nice. Dishwasher did not work and kitchen equipment could be better. Also mattress in second bedroom was not comfortable and pillows were probably fine for kids, but not restful for middle aged parents. But we loved it because it’s a sweet little house and the owners obviously love it.”
