“Daniella et Aldo les propriétaires sont charmants et nous avons eu un très bon accueil.La location est très bien ,grande , nous étions 11 et chacun peut trouver un coin pour s’isoler s’il en a envie.Les extérieurs sont magnifiques , très bien entretenus ainsi que la piscine .Les enfants ont apprécié le ping pong ainsi que le baby -foot.La maison est bien située pour visiter les environs.Nos n’avions pas peur de déranger les voisins :nous sommes entourés de champ .Nous avons pu profiter de très……

“We have just got back from a fabulous stay at this property. Lovely place and super pool for a really relaxing stay. It was really hot but plenty of shady areas too. The house is spacious and had everything we needed. Paola was so helpful making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, as well as helping us with restaurant bookings! Super destination close to Rome - it is a shame that the station in Castelnuovo di Porto is currently closed but it was still easy to get into the city……

“Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung ist kleiner, als man es von den Fotos vermutet. Ausstattung ist gut, zum Teil veraltet. Sehr lauter Kühlschrank. Unbequeme Matratze. Eine Superaussicht mit Blick auf den See. Tolle Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen. Insgesamt gutes Apartment, jedoch etwas zu teuer.”

“Wir verbrachten zwei wunderbare Wochen auf diesem tollen Anwesen. Das ältere Landhaus hat Charme, ist gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man benötigt.Das Anwesen hat einen sehr großen, schön angelegten Garten und einen wunderbaren, großen und nach hinten tiefer werdenden Pool. Wir haben die Sitz- und Essmöglichkeit unter dem poolnahen Pavillon ausgiebig genutzt und auch der Außengrill musste herhalten. Abends saßen wir auf der überdachten Terrasse beim Haus und haben den Abend……

“Really lovely rustic property - location is excellent, only an hour drive from the airport yet so peaceful. The pool was absolutely amazing and cleaned daily by the owner so it was loved by all members of the family (even the 5 month old). Would really recommend for family’s looking for a getaway.”

“We were looking for an area off the normal tourist track and definitely found it here in Moricone. Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location”

Das Haus liegt wunderschön umgeben von Olivenbäumen mit einem traumhaften Ausblick auf die umliegede Landschaft. Es hat einen wunderbaren Flair und ist super ausgestattet. Der Pool bietet eine herrliche Abkühlung und wir hatten wunderbare Abende auf der schönen Terasse. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und die Kommunikation war sehr nett und unkompliziert. “Wir hatten wundervolle Ferien in diesem liebevoll und authentisch eingerichtetem Haus. Es ist noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Wer die Ruhe und die Natur sucht, ist hier genau richtig. An den abenteuerlichen Weg zum Haus hatten wir uns schnell gewöhnt, auch ein kleiner Fußmarsch (ca 35 Minuten) in die Bar im Ort ist möglich und lohnt sich. Das Haus hat alles was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt, die Küche verfügt über alle nötigen Utensilien, sogar das Gewürzregal war gefüllt. Wir……

“This home is a little peace of heaven. When we arrived, we parked in the car area, walked up the stone steps through a beautiful arch, and made our way to our apartment. Communication with Paolo was easy, making our arrival delightful. He had a bottle of wine waiting for us as a welcome. Our apartment had a terrace with a beautiful view of the valley and mountains. The apartment is well appointed with everything you would need for your stay. The bed was comfortable, the ac worked perfectly,……
