“We went as a group of 5 with 2 grandparents and a toddler. The instructions to find the property provided by the host were very good and meant the property was easy to find, the host even helped with a supermarket recommendation. The property is as pictured set in beautiful country side with stunning views and a well maintained pool. A few things to bear in mind it is a very rustic property and the internet can be almost non existent, a few bits need a bit of tlc like some plug sockets don’t……

“The house is located on a hillside with lovely views. It is surrounded by olive trees, peaceful spot. There are cats and donkeys on the terrain, very likeable animals. The landlord was very friendly and helpful all through our stay. The house itself is spacious and well equipped with all necessities. No luxury, but we found all we needed. The covered terrace is a wonderful living space during hot summer days and at night time to elax with a glass of wine. Recomended for any family seeking a……

“Maison dans un cadre extraordinaire, sur un côteau, avec vue, de la terrasse, sur les oliviers, les vignes, la vallée et le côteau suivant. Panorama dont il est impossible de se lasser, avec couchers de soleil en prime. Pas de voisins immédiats. Belle et grande piscine. Les enfants ont adoré également jouer au ping-pong dans le pavillon en face de la propriété. Pour le tennis, beau terrain mais il faisait trop chaud… Maison confortable, spacieuse. En fait il s’agit plutôt de 2 maisons jumelées,……

“The villa was comfy and well kitted out and the setting was amazing. The villa is beginning to show its age. The photos on Vrbo need updating as there is no pool and the garden needs some TLC. Kate was helpful in answering any questions.”

“Siamo stati in tre famiglie in questa bella casa con piscina. I padroni di casa sono gentilissimi e molto accoglienti. La casa si trova in un punto strategico per visitare Spoleto, Orvieto, Perugia ma anche dei bellissimi villaggi medievali come Todi, Montefalco, Bevania, ecc La casa ha tre appartamenti separati con ingresso indipendente, ma c’e Una grande cucina in cui noi siamo stati in 11 senza problemi (colazione ma’ anche quando la sera faceva più fresco). Consiglieró sicuramente ad altri……

“We were looking for an area off the normal tourist track and definitely found it here in Moricone. Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location”

“Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dem Ferienhaus von Michela. Die Lage und Zufahrt zum Ferienhaus ist zwar etwas abenteuerlich dafür wird man aber mit einem wunderschönen Haus in toller Lage belohnt. Wir haben das Haus als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge nach Rom genutzt. Das Haus war der perfekte Ausgleich nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt. Bei Fragen war Michela immer für uns erreichbar.
