“I'd never been to Goa and didn't really know what I was doing and got incredibly lucky to choose the Sere Resort. My villa was spacious and fabulous. Beautiful design and amenities, clean, and with my own private little pool. The breakfasts were fantastic, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Like i said, i didn't know what i was doing, and feel incredibly lucky to have hit a home run on my first try here in Goa. I plan on coming back and will definitely stay here again. ”

“Our stay at this property was truly remarkable, mostly due to the care and attention of the amazing staff, coupled with a spectacularly appointed property. We had experienced amazing hospitality at the Leela resorts prior to our stay at the JW, but this was at an entirely different level. “Overall, the stay was pretty comfortable. In house Restaurant's room delivery was good too. Cleaning staff did a good job too. But, the door handle of the bathroom of the room we stayed was broken. Otherwise, everything else was pretty decent.”

“I wrote a review when I got there and am updating it. I really liked this resort especially the outdoors and staff. The food quality was diverse, breakfast had good choices. The swimming pool is excellent and kept clean. The reception area is a little crowded. Nice beaches within 10 to 15 minutes from the BLU. Its both a romantic place and also kid friendly. Hope to visit again.”

“Beautiful rooms but poor service standards. The man at reception was very unprofessional. Had to ask for towels. The carpet inside the room was very dirty. Cheap and unhygienic breakfast.dirty water in the swimming pool.”

“Pros: Beach access, adequate breakfast, reasonable customer service. Comfortable bed. Cons: Sandwiched between night clubs, walls shaking from music until 4-6am. Power went out on last night of stay multiple times. Very dirty floors on our arrival. Socks and feet with red dirt on them. 1300inr for washing, tshirt came back with holes in it and underwear required fixing. Summary: if youre going out partying until 4am this place is probably a reasonable spot to stay. Otherwise i wouldnt……
