“Att hitta till hotellet var inte så lätt. Adressen gick inte att få fram vare sig på Google eller GPS. Hotellet ligger mitt ute i bushen. Man måste komma från rätt håll för att se vägskylten( text bara på en sida). Vägen upp till hotellet (700 m) tror man inte varken är körbar eller leder till ett hotell. Vi frågade oss fram ( krävde fyra förfrågningar hos lokalbefolkningen innan vi kom rätt). Telefonnumret till hotellet stämde inte så vi kunde inte heller ringa o fråga om vägen. Väl framme var……

“This beautiful property is a 20 minute drive from the closest town (Ecole d'Elsa) but was perfect for day trips to wineries, medieval towns, Cinqueterre/Pisa and authentic restaurants. Drives into town were fun with wonderful interactions with the locals at butcher shops and bakeries. The housekeeper was delightful and very helpful with excellent recommendations for dining out.”

“The setting for this property was magical. The house, located on a hill overlooking valleys with small family farms, met all our needs during our 8 night stay. We enjoyed breakfasts in the dining area and used the property as a base as we explored Tuscany, Pisa, Lucca and Florence. This was the perfect place for us. The views from the master bedroom and the pool area, including sunsets, were like nothing I have seen in my life. We could not believe we were staying in such a wonderful……

“We had a 4 night’s stay here and used it as our base for tours around Toscany. It is located in a quiet area outside Siena. The apartment was nice and clean. We used the kitchen for minor cooking and that worked well. There is a supermarket close by and small restaurants in the town. The AC was working great. The host was very keen to share information on good places to see and was eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The breakfast was very nice and they also have a restaurant where……

“Villa Sarah is one of those once in a lifetime experiences. Even after seven blissful days, we still couldn’t believe we had the privilege of staying here. The views from the house of the rolling Tuscan hills and enchanting San Gimignano in the distance is a sight we will all treasure forever. The house is so thoughtfully designed and furnished by the owner, Gabriele. You really feel at home, but with every luxury, including five whimsical bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, stunning views around……

“Beautiful place and a very friendly and helpful host. Authentic Tuscan farmhouse with no frills. Lovely views all round, especially from the terrace. Excellent bar/ restaurant within walking distance. It was very hot when we were there, so the location of the pool across the road was a problem. Otherwise,great.”

“The house is spacious, interesting and has everything needed for a holiday. The garden is a huge bonus - room to relax with a view (and grapes on the vine!). It was a joy to stay in an historic house in such an interesting town, with shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. We had a delicious meal at the owner’s restaurant too.”

“Hallo , Liebe Leser, nachdem wir die ca. 600m holprige, steinige Straße hinter uns hatten, sahen wir die Unterkunft. Wir hatten 10 wunderschöne Tage in der Toskana und dem schönen Panorama Nest mit unserem Hund. Ruhig gelegen und nur ca. 6 km von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Alles, Perfekt, Sauber, eingezäuntes Grundstück, gut, wenn man mit Hund kommt. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist Traumhaft. Auch das Schwimmbad erfüllt seinen Zweck auch wenn es nicht so groß ist, hatten wir viel Spaß.……
