“The apartment was great and on a perfect location. It’s possible to ski to the main lifts and ski storage is included in the building. The size of the apartment is good for 8 adults, it’s bigger than it looks on the pictures. It would not be comfortable with 10 adults, because of the small fourth bedroom with bunk beds. Receiving the key at arrival was easy, however it would be nice to receive the instructions in English. Communication with the host was very good.”

“I travelled to the Tourotel expecting the worst given a lot of the reviews, and was pleasantly surprised and can only suggest those giving such poor reviews haven't stayed in ski accommodation before or hadn't looked at any of the photos. Yes it's basic (as are most ski accommodations), but they are well equipped (I've attached the inventory of the 2 bed apartment), and the mountain facing balcony rooms have the best view of any accommodation I've stayed in the alps. “Location couldn’t be more central, really easy to access everything, shops, slopes, bars, ski rental (all within 3 minute walk) apartment itself is exactly how it’s shown on photos, incredible view, only slight drawback, as a group of 8 it felt a small bit cramped so for a group of 10 would defiantly be a bit tight . But overall would 100 percent recommend and if I ever return to Val Thorens I will 100 percent try and stay here”

“Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à Val Thorens.L’appartement était magnifique. Les chambres sont bien disposées. Nous étions 5 personnes. Petit supermarché Spar est à 100 mètres. Les pistes de ski à 150 mètres. Ou on peut y accéder facilement à partir du 3ème étages les skis au pied. La vie est magnifique sur les montagnes.On reviendra dès que possible.”

“Well-equipped and comfortable apartment in an excellent location. Ski locker downstairs with piste access was very convenient; boot hooks in the apartment itself. Short walk or ski from the top of the Cairn gondola. Great views of the mountain. Warm space in a quiet street. We enjoyed ourselves. Note there were two double beds in the upstairs room. No laundry facilities onsite; we used laundromat in town centre.”
