"You have to keep asking for regular services like housekeeping!!! While checking in claimed that I didn’t have reservation and they can give me room if I payed. "First of hotel.com cheated by telling it was air-conditioned room, whereas it was a room with fan. Secondly it was showing as price with breakfasts,, that too was false... its not the lodgings problems but hotels.com musguided while booking"
