“La casa estaba sucisima y a pesar de que la dueña te hace firmar un contrato al llegar en el que indica que contar con un servicio de limpieza no te exime de limpiar te entrega la casa en pésimas condiciones. Friega platos con restos de comida, la barbacoa con carbón quemado... Lo peor de todo es que tuvimos que pagarle a ella una fianza de 150 € y no nos la devolvió. “Beautiful apartment continently located by the metro and bus stops. Only issues was with the check-in and the noise. Beware that they will not call you if you have issues and just want to text back and forth which takes up too much time in an urgent matter. You also have to pick up the key 5 mins away. The walls are paper thin but aside that everything else way thoughtful and perfect. They should provide earplugs as you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing and saying.”

“Nous avons passé un super séjour dans la maison de Cristina. La maison est très bien située pour mixer visites de Madrid et farniente. Cristina a été disponible et réactive face à nos questions. Nous étions 9 : 4 adultes et 5 ados. La maison était très confortable avec ses 3 salles de bains. Il restait encore une chambre avec 3 canapés-lits (salle de jeux vidéos). Nous conseillons cette maison sans aucune hésitation. ”

“Sergio greeted us at 7am, showed us around the apt., and even left coffee, water and milk for us to get started. The place is charming, with two bedrooms facing the pedestrian-only street and one quiet one in the back. The bathroom is small but adequate; the kitchen has what you need. Central location and so much to do! Easy walk to bus, train, uber, shopping and groceries. We would definitely go back!”
