Studio of 28 m2 with small terrace of 12 m2 in the center of Colmiane (common Valdeblore) located at 1500 M altitude.

The resort offers many possibilities, with the largest 2 663-meter French zip line fly over the resort and its lakes in complete safety. The resort will delight children and adults with its summer toboggan, the hook branch or horseback rides. For lovers of nature and the great outdoors, many hiking trails are possible.
6km from the studio find the very large Vésubia Mountain Park with swimming pools, hammams and sauna or climbing walls and caving.
Finally close to the Mountain Park you can visit the Alpha Park with its packs of wolves.

Une belle semaine de vacances dans le studio de Sylvia !

Nous avons trouvé le studio très propre et très agréable ! Le jardinet est un vrai plus et la vue sur les montagnes splendide ! Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans la location de Sylvia et nous avons pu faire de belles randonnées car le beau temps était au rendez-vous !

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour dans cet appartement. Il est situé à proximité de Saint Martin de Vesubie. L’appartement est très bien équipé, wifi, télévision, accessoires cuisine... Et surtout nous avons eu un très bon accueil !
