The room was booked with specification of jetted bath tub. Upon arrival, the bath tub was not jetted and reception staff confirmed it doesn’t work and is a normal bath tub. No available similar room had the jetted tub. The Manager was not available to discuss.

Very clean. Comfy beds. Room layout is odd.... Bed is only a few inches from the door, jacuzzi tub beside the sofa. Biggest negative was one outlet in the room worked.

There were a huge number of mosquitoes in the pool and outside in the BBQ area. We had to cancel swimming due to mosquito bites. Please implement a remedy for this issue.

easy to get to off the highway. No place to hang clothes in my room. Excellent front desk staff. I had mixed dates on my reservation and the staff were able to get me a room after a long drive in.

While the hotel is conveniently located for those who need a place to stay while travelling, it is not well set up for those who may want to use the facility while visiting the area for any length of time. Relatively clean and convenient to local businesses, it sure could use a good renovation to make it more inviting.

was ok, it had three beds which I didn’t know I thought I booked 2 queens. It made the room pretty crowded and didn’t leave anywhere for our suitcases. The reason we booked at this hotel was the pool and waterslide but it closed at 10 and didn’t open again until 9am. We were travelling and couldn’t wait until 9 am to let the kids go swimming. By the time we got to Valemount and had dinner it was 10, we thought it would be normal pool hours and be open until 11 otherwise we would have gone to quick restaurant not a sit down one. Our kids were so disappointed.

It was very enjoyable to stay there. We had a balcony which was great, however there were no chairs to sit on. So we had to supply our own.

We showed up only to find out our special request for a crib was denied cause they didnt have one. They could have read the notes on file but waited till we showed up at 9pm after 6 hrs of driving. We had to set up our 1 year old on the floor. The carpets were disgusting through the whole hotel, and there was black hair all over the bathroom floor. Might I add the old socks in the room. The bed covers were not washed and smelled like mens deodorant. There was a bright light shining in our window from outside all night and our window coverings could not block it. There was old tape where someone tried previously. But didnt work. We were up at 2:30am because no one could sleep with the light. We left the hotel at 4:30am cause there was no point laying in bed with my back hurting and our baby adjusting to night shift. Staff blamed expedia, bullcrap. Take some ownership of your mistakes. They also said we had this problem previously. Well quit being so cheap and buy some cribs. Cancelling our return booking and never returning to this brand of hotels.
