The apartment complex is in a very lively neighborhood, with plenty of shopping, restaurants, cafes and everything you need within walking distance. there is even a small fruit and vegetable market across the street twice/week. There is also plenty of outdoor and recreation options in the neighborhood, from tennis courts, go karts, bowling, etc.
Private vehicle is by far the easiest way to get around Valencia, but it is quite easy to grab either a bus or taxiwithin 200 meters from the building.
