“Es un lugar acogedor, muy limpio y completo. El piso de abajo es fresco y se esta muy bien. En el piso de arriba el calor aprieta. Menos mal que una de las dos habitaciones tiene aire acondicionado. El sitio esta bien ubicado. La hemos pasado muy bien y agradecidos de que hemos podido alojarnos con nuestro perritos”

“The photos of this house accurately showed all its features, there were no surprises. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped (some of the group found the beds too hard, others were happy with their bed). We especially liked the roof terrace and kitchen. Sadly before we arrived we had real problems getting an answer and understanding how we could get into the property at the beginning of our stay- this caused a lot of stress for two friends who were the first to arrive. “Cute old beach house at 350 m from the beach. Several small supermarkets right next to it and easy public transport to the city center. Beds were a bit small, but for the rest it was perfect. Very nice host who only speaks Spanish, but with Google Translate there was no problem.”

“The house is very spacious, sunny, and beautifully decorated. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home, everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged.The indoor patio with plants became our favorite spot. The bedrooms were quiet, bright and comfortable.The location couldn’t be better, peaceful yet so close to the beach and everything we needed. I would truly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful, welcoming place to unwind.”

“Het is een prachtige woning, alles was heel schoon en netjes. Het huis vonden wij van binnen prachtig vooral alles was nog in nieuwstaat. De paar nadelen is de buurt het is een soort achterstandswijk van Valencia. Dat vind ik wel eng in het begin vooral omdat de jongeren vooral in de buurt van de woning aan het hangen zijn .Ook vonden we het best eng om onze auto buiten te parkeren in de straat. Maar ik moet zeggen wij hebben absolute geen last gehad van de mensen van die wijk ook stond onze……

“Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in den Palau Apartments. Das personal war sehr freundlich und es lag in einer super Gegend wo man alles Fußläufig erreichen konnte. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. ”

A special experience with the hotel

"I happened to experienced Storm Dana. After I checked out, my flight was canceled due to the storm, the road to the airport was blocked. I’d to go back to the hotel, but I was told by a lady reception the hotel was fully booked. No room was available. I was really disappointed since all the hotel in area was fully booked. And then a hotel guest noticed the conversation and telling me he’s cancelling his booking and going to Barcelona. And then a male reception (black curly hair) was very nice even send a staff to look for another already clean room for me for faster check in. I’m very thankful for those who help us in need. As the hotel room, it’s simple room but clean. "
