“Place was overall good, some weird noises ever now and then, but owner responded within the day typically, the house itself was clean. Wifi went out on the last day for some reason. Would definitely recommended ”

“WE came to Albuquerque for Gathering of Nations Powwow 2025. This property was 14 miles from the event. EVERYTHING about the property was absolutely INCREDIBLE !!! The pics didn't begin to tell how wonderful this was.....my dawgz were in heaven....and we, as guests, could NOT have been HAPPIER !!! I will always remember this experience AND this property made the whole time even more enjoyable !!! THANK YOU, Jon. ”

“Enjoyed our stay here. Jon and Kendra were super friendly over the VRBO messaging app and checking in and out was easy peasy. This very clean unit is between the UNM campus / downtown area that has been freshly renovated with new appliances (as of March 2025). We enjoyed the hot tub in the private fenced area in the front of the unit. The unit is part of a triplex with 2 adjacent units, so you may or may not hear the other tenants staying in the connecting units.”

“My stay here was great. I loved having use of the large kitchen. However, the house would only sleep one person or a couple comfortably. The couch is small and would maybe work for small children. I would stay again when traveling alone or with my husband. ”

“I loved staying here. The owner had thought of every convenience. The house was immaculately clean. It was charmingly decorated in southwestern style. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood and I felt safe there.it is a great neighborhood for walking. The owner welcomed me with a basket of snacks and a bottle of wine. The yard was a fun place to hang out with lots of patio furniture. I especially like the round dining room table with the chandelier above. The bedrooms were beautifully……
