Desde el momento en que llegamos, todo fue perfecto. El personal fue amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La habitación estaba impecable, muy cómoda y con todos los detalles cuidados. I had an amazing stay at these cabins! Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the staff were extremely professional, attentive, and always ready to help. I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

I was disappointed with my stay at Catrina. The pool water was very cloudy, the kitchenette was not equipped, the doors don’t properly lock, no towels in the pool area, and no trash bins. I kept asking for an iron, and was received the day before my departure. The management was not available 24/7. I would not recommend this hotel, too expensive for what you get.
